Garlic Chutney - Lahsun Ki Chutney Recipe in Hindi
Ingredients
- ½ cup Garlic Lehsun Cloves, peeled
- 12-15 piece dry Red chilly
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Mango Powder
For tempering:
- 1½ tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Mustard seed
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend into a smooth paste using ½ cup of water.
- Heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, add mustard seed and let it splutter.
- Add garlic paste in a Pan and sauté it for 5 minutes.
- Garlic chutney is ready to serve.

How to make Garlic Chutney:
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixer grinder.
- Now Blend into a smooth paste using ½ cup of water.
- Heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, add mustard seed and let it splutter.
- Add garlic paste in a Pan and sauté it for 5 minutes.
- Garlic chutney recipe is ready to serve.
Note:
This garlic chutney is spicy but if you want less spicy then use Kashmiri dry Red chilly.
