Imli Ki Meethi Chutney In Hindi - Sweet Tamarind Chutney
Imli ki meethi chutney is a traditional indian recipe which is made in almost every household with tamarind. Sweet tamarind chutney can be made very easily.

Ingredients
- 100 gm Tamarind Imli
- 70 gm Jaggery gur
- ¼ tsp Fennel seed saunf
- ¼ tsp Fenugreek seed methi dana
- ¼ tsp Black salt
- Pinch Asafoetida hing
- ½ tsp Cumin powder roasted
- ¼ tsp black cumin kala jeera
Instructions
- Soak tamarind in 2 cups of boiling water for an hour after breaking into small pieces
- Mash it entirely with the help of hands or spoon and strain, pressing the tamarind into the strainer with the help of spoon so that all the pulps get removed. Add water if required.
- Put pulp in a pan and cook on medium flame.
- Add jaggery and all the ingredients. Mix it well and cook for 10 mins until the Jaggery gets dissolve or chutney becomes little thick in consistency.
- Set aside add asafoetida and cool completely before storing it in airtight container.
- Serve with kachori, samosas, Pakoras, chaat etc.
- You can serve as a dipping sauce for French fries.

To remove fennel seed, Fenugreek seed from the chutney then once again sieve the chutney after becoming warm so that chutney becomes smooth.

How To Make Imli Ki Meethi Chutney (Tamarind Chutney):
