Baking Tools: This include different tools like Spatula, icing bag, cake pan. These are the baking tools i use daily for making my recipes. These are very useful if you are going to make cake or bake recipes. These are pretty inexpensive and you can buy these online from Amazon. I use spatula a lot and icing bag is a must for me. It’s help me clean any bowl completely.
Orpat OHM-217 200-Watt Hand Mixer (White): I love this hand mixer. I use it to beat the cream and many other things. This hand mixer is very handy and it’s feel is very hard. I am using it since long time. You can use this for any type of beating you need. Do check this out. There are many alternatives to this mixer you can buy mixer of any make you wish. Women generally have to multitask and juggle in the kitchen with time as a constraint. There is no better way to save time and effort than having multi-purpose kitchen appliances.
Whisk Stainless Steel Whisker: Whisker is a tool used in case you don’t have hand mixer. It’s a cheaper option but it takes time to beat anything with this whisker. It’s a manual alternative to Handmixer. But sometimes it becomes very useful. In some cases it is necessary to use whisker in place of hand mixer.
Philips Amaze Juicer Mixer Grinder: I bought this mixer recently and amazed by it’s performance. I have used this for crushing ice for my recipe Barfa ka gola. It came superb. It powdered the ice. I was not pretty sure about ice earlier, but when i saw it’s performance i was amazed. It has multipurpose blades, durable leak proof jars etc. With this mixer you will also get transparent pulp container. Prestige Induction Cooktop: I bought this recently and it’s pretty amazing. I have never use induction cooker earlier but now after using this i can definitely tell that it’s quite easy to use. But you might not get that ease if you are a cooking gas type of person. But it’s good. Though it has a flip side to it. Induction uses a fan which makes it noisy sometimes. In my recent YouTube videos i am using this induction and i have to cut the noise in video editing. But overall it’s a breeze to use this induction. I used this in Paneer Makhni recipe
Silicon Moulds: You will varieties of moulds if you visit amazon and can choose anyone you want. I have purchased so many of them and they all work great. There are many types of moulds including silicon muffin moulds, cups, cartoon characters, animals, flowers, stars and other types of moulds. These are pretty cheap and you must buy these to make your chocolates. See how i used these in my recipe of homemade chocolates

Photography Tools:
Canon EOS 80D: This is a new entry to my photography articles. Earlier i was using canon 550D. But after using this i became fan of this camera. It’s so simple and it’s ability to manage almost every setting is really surprising. The main benefit of this camera is the fact that it uses auto focus subject while you shoot video. Which becomes very handy while shooting. It has so many functionalities. I have bought body only as i already have lenses. That saved me few bucks.
Canon EOS 700D: I was using Canon 550D earlier. But since it’s not available for sale now. So i have chosen Canon EOS 700D in place of Canon 550D. It’s pretty similar to 550d. Canon EF50MM F/1.8 STM Lens: Ever since i bought this lens, my food photography was completely changed since then. This lens made my food photos look more professional and tasty. Audiotechnica Lapel Microphone (Lavalier): Now this is definitely the lavalier or lapel mic i was looking for long time. Earlier i was using some other mics, but those were simply awful. This mic sound more crispier and noise free and it’s very handy. But on the flip side it uses small watch batteries which tends to die very quickly. So you always need to keep some extra batteries beforehand. I bought this from the amazon only.
HARISON Trilux Mark II Single Kit Softbox: This light set is pretty cheap and you can get this at amazon pretty cheap. It has two option like softbox and cup type. You can use both type of lights. It uses 5500K daylight balanced fluorescent bulb, which you will have to buy seperately.
