Ingredients
- 100 Grams Coriander Leaves Chopped
- ¼ tsp Coriander Powder
- Pinch Hing
- 1 piece Ginger chopped
- 2 piece Green Chilly
- Salt to taste
- ½ tsp Lemon Juice
- ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
- ¼ tsp Black Salt
- ½-1 tsp Bhujiya optional for colour
Instructions
- Grind Coriander Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Coriander powder, Hing ,Salt, Ginger, Green Chilly and Bhujiya altogether with little water to make a paste.
- Pour chutney in a bowl.
- Add black salt and lemon juice and keep it in a cool temperature.
