In Christmas, i celebrated it with great joy and excitement in my childhood. In Gorakhpur Christmas was celebrate with greater enthusiasm. I used to visit our local church to pray in front of Jesus.I am preparing this Christmas chocolate cake as a tribute to my childhood love for Christmas.

We vegetarians always avoid cake due to eggs used into it. But this recipe will teach you how to make Christmas egg-less chocolate cake in Hindi.

Eggless Spongy Chocolate Cake Recipe in Hindi for Christmas

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • ½ tsp soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tin condensed milk
  • 100 gms butter
  • 1 tbsp chocolate powder
  • 11/2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1 tbsp vanilla essence optional
  • ¼-1/2 cup water

Instructions

  • Add all the dry ingredients (all purpose flour, soda, baking powder, chocolate powder and cocoa powder) in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Add butter, condensed milk and combine all the ingredients together, mix well using a whisk.
  • Add water accordingly and beat till the batter becomes smooth and fluffy.
  • Now the batter is ready to bake.
  • Grease the baking tin with butter. Then sprinkle about a tablespoon of flour. Now swirl the pan so it will stick to greased surface (all over pan and also around the edges). Now invert the pan over a sink or garbage and tap it gently with your hand to remove excess flour.
  • Pour the batter into the tin and Tap the pan on the countertop to remove air bubbles.
  • Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 25 to 30 mins or till a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.
  • Remove it from the oven and let it cool. Scratch the sides of the pan, invert it into cooling rack from the pan and let it cool completely before frosting.

Notes

1) Always bake cake in preheated oven at mentioned temperature.
2) I have not added vanilla essence but if you want to use add it with water.
3) Let the cakes get cool completely before frosting.

How to make egg-less chocolate cake in oven:

  1. Add all the dry ingredients (all purpose flour, soda, baking powder, chocolate powder and cocoa powder) in a bowl and mix it well.

4. Now the batter is ready to bake.

5. Grease the baking tin with butter. Then sprinkle about a tablespoon of flour. Now swirl the pan so it will stick to greased surface (all over pan and also around the edges). Now invert the pan over a sink or garbage and tap it gently with your hand to remove excess flour.

6.  Pour the batter into the tin and Tap the pan on the counter top to remove air bubbles.

7. Bake in a pre-heated pressure cooker at medium high flame for 10 mins and bake it for 25 to 30 mins or till a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean.

8. Remove it from the pressure cooker and let it cool. Scratch the sides of the pan, invert it into cooling rack from the pan and let it cool completely before frosting.

    I need ur help. I m following ur all cake recipes. All r nice and done well. I m going to make the eggless chocolate cake with condensed milk for my daughter’s birthday. Its on 22nd may. I have seen ur recipe. It is for 8 inch cake. I m going to make around 26 cm cake in a round tin . Can u pls message me the exact quantity of ingredients. I will be very thankful to u. I m going to decorate the cake same as u did in the overloaded chocolate cake. Pls let me know the quantity of chocolate ganache tooo.
