If we go to restaurants, our menu will not complete without any paneer recipe. Since my childhood, I was a great fan of paneer. My mother used to make these every now and then. She used to make paneer along with several veggies like spinach, capsicum, potatoes, peas etc. She was a special cook. We use to eat roti only with paneer recipes. You can any paneer recipes from buying paneer from the market or you can make fresh paneer at home. I usually prefer making paneer at home because for the obvious reason that this is free from contamination. It’s very hygeinic. Paneer can be made in many forms.
