Now take a large pan add 2 cups of water and ½ cup corn flour mix it well. Now place the pan into the flame and mix it well.
Cut Mango into pieces
In a blender take chopped mangoes and blend to smooth puree.
Add mango puree and sugar, whisk and mix well making sure everything is well combined without any lumps
Stir on low to med-flame until the mixture starts to thicken slightly. After 5-10 mins you can see mixture gets jelly.
Take small tea cups grease with some oil, then add mango mixture into a all tea cups tap gently.
Rest for 2-3 hour in the fridge, after 2-3 hour unmold the jelly in the tea cups.
Also roll into desiccated coconuts for extra flavor.
Finally, enjoy your mango jelly.
