  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon oil

For stuffing:

  • ½ cup Sweet corn kernels boiled
  • 1 tbsp Baby corns chopped & boiled
  • ¼ cup Processed cheese Grated
  • ¼ cup Mozzarella cheese Grated
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Italian seasoning
  • Mayonnaise

How to make:

    Kneading the dough:

    • Put whole wheat flour and salt in a large mixing bowl. Add water little at a time and knead the dough till it becomes soft, pliable and smooth in texture.
    • Put some oil all over the dough and smoothen the dough little bit more. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes. Meanwhile let’s prepare our stuffing.
    • Preparation of corn cheese mixture:
    • Take a bowl and put boiled corns, chopped baby corns, black pepper, salt, mozzarella cheese, processed cheese, italion seasoning and mix until well combined. Keep it aside.
    • Rolling out the dough
    • After 15 minutes uncovered the dough and put little oil again and give the final knead before rolling.
    • Now take one ball from the dough and roll the ball in the palms of your hands and flatten it. Dust it lightly with some wheat flour and start rolling it into a round thin disc/ chapatti.
    • To make the semicircular shape -Spread some mayonnaise all around the chapatti.
    • Place the corn cheese mixture on one half of the chapatti.
    • Close the chapatti with the other half and press the edges gently. Seal it tightly by pressing the edges gently with the help of fork.
    • Refer to the video to watch Rectangular or Square shape.
    • Take a pan and spread little oil and fry both the parathas in the same time on medium heat. While cooking parathas press it gently with the spatula especially the edges. Fry till they become brown and crisp from both sides.
    • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or any dip of your choice.

Note: Do not add all the water at once as it might make the dough soft and sticky. You can add chilly flakes in stuffing to make it spicy.
