This is a quick, easy and simple Chocolate Mousse Recipe. You can make different types of mousse, like Mango Mousse, lemon mousse, raspberry mousse. But i am going to demonstrate how to make Eggless Chocolate Mousse.
Mix Roughly Chopped Dark Chocolate, 1cup Whipping Cream and melt in a microwave by cooking for 1 minute. Don’t let it boil over.
Remove from microwave and whisk this well till chocolate is melted and smooth.
Cool down for 5 minutes.
Take a bowl and soak ½ Tsp of Gelatin Powder in 2tbsp Of Water for 10 minutes. Keep aside.
After 10 minutes add the soaked gelatin into the melted chocolate.
Mix it well and keep in a refrigerator for 10 minutes.
Take remaining 1cup of heavy cream and whip until its get stiff peaks.
After the chocolate mix cool down mix 11/2 cup of whipped cream and carefully fold it into the chocolate mixture. Ensure there are no lumps of whipped cream. Keep some whipped cream for garnishing.
Take a pipping bag and filled whipped cream into it.
Pour this mixture into stemmed glasses or small bowls. Tap the bowls or glasses gently to make an even surface.
Garnish it with little bit of whipped cream and cherry.
