Take bananas, peeled, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices with Knife.
Roughly chop the chocolate bars into small pieces Melt the chocolate with the vegetable oil in a heatproof bowl in the microwave. Stir chocolate occasionally as it softens.
Working quickly, dip the banana slices in the melted chocolate and cover it with the chocolate all around.
Take one chocolate banana piece and roll in the toppings of chopped roasted almonds and completely cover the banana.
Take another chocolate banana piece and roll in the toppings of shredded unsweetened coconut and completely cover the banana.
Repeat the same process with other banana slice.
Freeze for three hours before eating. Will keep in the freezer in an airtight container for several weeks, if you don’t eat them all first!
