Corn rasgullas are made from bread, corn and mixture of fruits. This is ought to be my favourite Indian sweets. This is not exactly rasagulla but it looks like rasagulla.
Add all (stuffing part) in a bowl and mix it well.
Take a slice of bread and dip it in a bowl filled with Milk.
Just, let the bread, absorb the milk and do not damp it overly or else, the bread slice will break. The main purpose is to make the bread damped with milk is bread become flexible due to moist, which will make easier to shape it.
Place the prepared Fruit stuffing on bread slice.
Roll the bread and join the edges. Make a roll like rasgulla. While covering the edges be careful so that stuffing will not get exposed. If there are any exposed edges, then just cover with a piece of soaked and drained bread and press it to get an even cover.
Make all the corn rasagulla this way.
Now keep the rasagulla in a refrigerator for half an hour to get the perfect and tight shape of rasagulla.
Now the rasgulla is ready. Blend vanilla icecream before serving.
Take a serving bowl add little icecream at the bottom. Now add rasagulla on it and pour the icecream on top and cover entirely with it.
Garnish with grated chocolates, Pomogranate or cherry and serve.
