How to Make besan ka chilla(Instructions)
Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients ( besan ,jeera ,ajwain, coriander leaves ,salt, redchily powder and green chily).
Gradually pour little water into it so that there should be no lumps.
Add water till it comes to a thick and smooth batter in pouring consistency.
Heat a non- stick pan on a high flame when it becomes hot reduces the flame on medium.
Spread little oil on a pan and pour a spoonful batter evenly in a clock wise.
Drizzle little oil around it and cook till it becomes brown and crisp.
Put little oil on the top and turn it upside down and cook the other side till it turns brown in colour.
Repeat the same process with the remaing batter.
Serve hot with green chutney.

you can add 1 tsp curd to make soft chilla.
