Instructions
Mix and wash all Dals in a bowl.
Soak dal in water for 3-4 hrs.
Put soaked dal with water and salt in a pressure cooker on a medium heat.
Pressure cooks dal in 15 mins or in 5 whistles; make sure the whistle won’t release the steam out.
Open the pressure cooker,when dal gets tender.
Heat butter in a pan. Add Methi dana for flavour when it becomes golden brown add Onion and stir until it becomes light brown.
Add Tomato,ginger,garlic,green chili and cook till tomato becomes soft.
Add cooked dal in mixture.
Add Kasuri Methi, Red Chilli Powder, Garam masala and mix thoroughly.
Garnish with cream and butter.
Serve hot with hot Roti or Rice.
