Now take few drops of oil in your palm.
Take dough like roti ball size and press it with hand like tikki.
Put the potato stuffing inside and roll to cover the stuffing. Pat the ball with your palm and give it a tikki shape.
Heat oil in a pan and fry them till they turn golden brown from both the sides on medium flame.
Soak extra oil on paper towel.
Serve with any chutney or tomato ketchup.
Notes: Dough should be little hot or warm at the time of stuffing otherwise kachoris will fall apart while frying. Put only 2 -3 kachoris at the same time while frying. Oil should not be very hot otherwise kachoris will not be cooked nicely from inside. Seal all the sides tightly after stuffing otherwise kachoris will fall apart while frying
