Instructions
Boil water in a pan, when the water starts boiling add noodles and stir so that the noodles does not stick to the pan
When the noodles become soft sieve it.
Heat oil in another pan.
Add potato,onion and fry till the potato becomes soft.
Add tomato,spring onion ,maggi masala,salt and stir for a min.
Add boiled noodles and mix thoroughly.
Serve hot with chilli sauce,tomato sauce.
You can add seasonal vegetables.
