Instructions
How to make:
Start by washing and drying the bhindi and then cut them lengthwise into two pieces.
Put bhindi in a bowl and add salt and turmeric powder. Mix gently and leave for 5-10 mins
After adding salt bhindi will release some water or it will become wet which helps bhindi to stick with the flours.
Now spread the wet bhindi on a tray and sprinkle besan and rice flour evenly so that all the cut pieces are covered.
Heat oil in a pan.
Then add half of the coated bhindi and fry on a medium heat till they are crisp and brown. Repeat this with the other half.
Sprinkle chat masala before serving.
Serve Hot.
