Instructions
Cut Capsicum into long Pieces.
Heat oil in a Pan.
Add Methi Dana, Saunf, Hing and sauté till it becomes light brown.
Add Capsicum, Salt and cook till the Capsicum becomes soft.
Add pinch of turmeric powder, Mustard powder and cook for 2 mins.
Serve hot with paratha or Roti.
