½kgKuttu ka aatabuckwheat
½tspBlack saltsaindha namak
3mediumpotatoesboiled
Clarified butterfor frying
Instructions
How to make:
Grate boiled potatoes in a plate.
Take a large bowl and pour kuttu ka aata in it.
Make small balls of the dough and roll into small puris.
Repeat the same process to roll out all puris.
Heat ghee in a pan. Put puris and slightly press the top of it with a spatula so that it will swell up like a ball.
Serve hot with aloo sagar or yogurt.
