Heat oil in a pan, once it gets little hot add all the chopped veggies (carrot, onions, yellow capsicum, green capsicum, French beans) and cook it on high flame for 2-3 minutes. Do not overcook the veggies; let it be crunchy for better taste.
Now add salt, tomato ketchup and mix it well
The Veg mixture is ready. Keep aside
Break wai wai noodles and put it in a bowl
Now add all the spices/ seasoning which is under the packet of wai wai noodles
Add sauteed veg mixture, spring onions and mix until all the spices gets well combined.
