Once water starts boiling switch off the flame and put the container of chopped chocolates onto the pan. Make sure the bottom of the bowl is not touching the water.
Now let the chocolate melt by the steam of water, stirring occasionally with a spatula till it gets completely melted and smooth, don’t melt chocolate directly on the flame as it will get burn and will not melt.

To make choco chips pour melted chocolate into a small piping bag or you can make cones by using butter paper or you can use ziplock bags also.
Cut the tip very finely and pipe dots onto the parchment paper or butter paper. After piping out some of the chocolate mixtures, wait for few seconds till the chocolate gets semi set, Pipe out chocolate in batches if you pipe out all the melted chocolate at once then you won’t be able to create iconic point as chocolate gets hard or set in very less time.
Once the semi-set takes a toothpick and gently touch into the center of the dots and lift it up to make an ironic point.
Work quickly at this point otherwise chocolate will get har.
Now start making dots by remaining melted chocolate.
Once done, keep the choco chips in the fridge for 3-4 minutes to get hard completely.
Once set, take out from the butter paper and transfer them to an airtight container.
