I love bread recipes, so you can find many bread recipes in my recipes. I love veg suji buns, bread pouch, masala pav, bread toast or Italian veg katori

Let us all face the harsh truth that frozen pre-packaged burgers or the ones available at McDonald’s or KFC are no match to the ones made at home with fresh ingredients. Moreover, even the professional cooks are going to lose out before a mother, who gives all her love and care into making the perfect treat for her children. I am myself a mother of two, and I know how much effort I put in at the time of making snacks just to see that smile on my child’s face.

Now coming back to the recipe of Veg Burgers, you will require only four of those buns, crispy Aloo Tikki for a nice patty, some tangy tomato ketchup and a taste enhancing mayonnaise. Having these burger ingredients before you, it will definitely convince you with its awesomeness and prove to be a delicious evening snack. The trick is obviously to begin with a roasted burger bun smeared in butter. I have also included the zesty potato patty recipe here because I know exactly how it forms the essence of a Veggie Burger.

So the next time when you plan a barbeque or a house party, do not disregard your vegan friends. They might just come up with yummy veggie burgers, perfect for all and that includes even the meat-lovers. When talking about its major flavours, cheese slices, tomato and onion roundels are going to do justice. While the patty adds texture to it, the tomatoes are a rich source of nutrients.

If you ask me what the best thing about this burger is, I will definitely say the patty. This is a rich mishmash of potatoes, peas, carrots, beans and everything healthy. There is definitely a hint of paprika for a flavourful delight. 😉 However, when you dish up the light snack before your loved ones, don’t forget to team it up with crispy French Fries.

Thinking when to serve them? Obviously, on your kid’s birthday party or as a Sunday evening treat or may be any time. After all, who needs an occasion to enjoy these yummy homemade Veg Burgers?
