How to make Aam Ka Panna:

  • Take a grinder and add pulp along with mint leaves and blend it to a smooth puree. A glass of mango preserve is ready.

  • Add 2 1/2 glasses of water, black salt, cumin powder, salt and sugar with mango preseve and mix it well.

  • Aam ka panna is ready to serve.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves, ice cubes and serve.

Notes:

  • There should be no moisture in mixer while blending. If you are planning to store the mango preserve then do not add water while blending.
  • Mangoes are of many varities so if you find fibres then strain it to get the mango pulp.
  • You can increase the amount of mint leaves as per you liking. I haven’t used it more as I wanted the raw mango flavor more.
  • Use freshly ground cumin powder which gives the nice flavor.
