Ingredients

  • 10 POTATOES SMALL BOILED
  • 1 TSP GREEN CHILLY MINCED SLICED
  • 1 TSP GINGER MINCED SLICED
  • 1 TSP GARLIC MINCED SLICED
  • SPRING ONION
  • ¼ TSP AJINO MOTO
  • 1 TBSP CORNFLOUR
  • PINCH SUGAR
  • 4 TSP SOYA SAUCE
  • 2 TSP CHILLI GARLIC SAUCE
  • 1 TSP OIL REFINED

Instructions

  • ) Heat oil in a pan and fry potato till the potato becomes light brown.
  • ) Add 1 tsp oil in another pan.
  • ) Add green chilly,ginger,garlic and fry for a min.
  • ) Add ajino moto ,spring onion and salt.
  • ) Mix cornflour with 2 cups of water in a bowl.
  • ) Add cornflour in a mixture.
  • ) Add soya sauce,chilli garlic sauce,sugar and stir till the gravy becomes thick in consistency.Add more water if required.
  • ) Add fried potato in gravy n stir for a min.
  • ) Serve hot.
