Boil water in a pan. Put the rice in boiling water and boil it until the rice becomes firm but tender.
Then Take another pan pour ghee in a pan, when ghee (homemade ghee) becomes hot add cloves and water then add sugar and stir until the water becomes thick in consistency. Add colour,almonds,grated coconut and boil rice and stir for 2mins.
Garnish with almonds, cardamom and coconut.
