Kesaria Meetha chawal is an Indian dessert made with sweet rice. This is a Rajasthani Sweet Rice Vegetarian Recipe. This recipe is very popular in Indian Rajasthani house. This is made along with with Mogar. This is a very simple and easy recipe and takes no time.

How to make Kesaria Meetha Chaawal:
- First rinse rice in a container.
- Boil water in a pan. Put the rice in boiling water and boil it until the rice becomes firm but tender.
- Then Take another pan pour ghee in a pan, when ghee (homemade ghee) becomes hot add cloves and water then add sugar and stir until the water becomes thick in consistency. Add colour,almonds,grated coconut and boil rice and stir for 2mins.
- Garnish with almonds, cardamom and coconut.
- Your Kesaria Mitha Chawal is now ready to be served.
