Instructions
Wash and Soaked Moong Dal in water for 2-3 hrs and keep aside.
Mix chopped Onion, Tomato, carrot, capsicum, cheese, coriander leaves in a bowl to make vegetable mixture.
Grind soaked Moong Dal, ginger, green chily, salt and make a batter.
Cut the bread round in shape.
Heat a non stick pan or tawa over a low heat.
Dip bread in a moong dal batter and flatten it on pan.
Spread the vegetable mixture on top and pour some oil on it.
Cook at low flame and grease it on the corners and turn it to cook the other side.
Cook it at low flame to make it crispy and tasty.
Sprinkle chat masala on top.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with green chutney or Tamarind cutney.
