Sharing today a very healthy Chocolate oats banana milkshake recipe. It’s a very simple yet very effective recipe which helps in lowering cholesterol level if you skip chocolate in this recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 full fat milk boiled and cooled
  • 1/3 cup Oats
  • 1 large banana
  • ¼ cup sugar or as desired
  • 2 -3 tbsp Chocolate syrup or as desired
  • Ice cubes

For Garnishing:

  • 1 big cup Vanilla Icecream
  • Chocolate shavings sprinklers
  • Chocolate powder
  • Chocolate syrup

Instructions

  • Take a non-stick pan and dry roast the oats on medium heat
  • Keep it aside to cool down completely.
  • Peel and chop banana into small pieces and keep aside.
  • Take a mixer grinder and put chopped banana, roasted oats and grind it into a smooth creamy paste by adding little milk.
  • Add chocolate syrup as per your taste, sugar and all the remaining milk.
  • Blend it in a mixer until smooth and frothy.
  • Take a serving glass and put some crushed ice in bottom of the glass and then pour the blended milkshake with froth.
  • Float a scoop of vanilla icecream and sprinkle some chocolate powder onto it.
  • Garnish it with some chocolate syrup chopped banana and chocolate sprinklers and serve chill.

How to make Chocolate Oats banana milkshake recipe:

  • Take a non-stick pan and dry roast the oats on medium heat while stirring constantly for 2-3 minutes until it becomes light brown and nice aroma comes. Keep it aside to cool down completely.

  • Take a mixer grinder and put chopped banana, roasted oats and grind it into a smooth creamy paste by adding little milk.
