I have many more kulfi and ice cream recipes:

  • Mango kiwi kulfi
  • Vanilla ice cream
  • Malai Kulfi
  • Corn Rasgulla Ice cream
  • Chocolate Ice cream

You must be curious as to why the inclusion of these cookies. Well, this cookie is a favorite amongst all- adults, kids and every other person on Earth. This is exactly why I have included it in today’s recipe. However, unlike the previous recipes, this one is not so healthy a treat. Therefore, consuming it occasionally might do. The worst thing about this tempting dessert is that it is hard to resist. I remember eating up three of them in flat 15 minutes.

Guess who the Oreo lover amongst my family members is. You will be surprised to know that it is none other than my husband. Yes, he loves munching on these cookies and it is because of him that I attempted Oreo Ice-cream Popsicle for the very first time. I prepared it on our anniversary and he really loved it. It was then that I decided to put it on my blog page for all my dear readers.

When it comes to ice creams, the chocolate and peanut butter combo is an all time favorite. However, there are times when you look for something extra and a yummy cookie teamed up with the regular vanilla ice cream works a lot. I know quite a few of my friends who just love to dunk their Oreo cookie in a glass full of cold milk. For them, this dessert is the perfect frozen treat that can uplift their mood anytime.

Oreo Ice-Cream Popsicles are quite easy to prepare with only a few ingredients yet so delicious. These are hard to resist on a hot summer day, whether you are a kid at heart or a child in love with frozen treats. Trust me when I say that even the neon coloured popsicles cannot beat this vanilla and Oreo combo. However, always rub the mould between your palms before taking it out. This is the most critical step, as the Popsicle tends to break.

I have pointed out each of the steps as clearly as possible. Follow them intently to prepare a cookie and cream blended ice cream, in the form of a Popsicle. Here is how the recipe will bring out the child in you and tickle your taste buds.
