Total Time: 55 minutes

Rose Falooda is my favorite. Falooda is a rich layered summer dessert made with jelly, sabja seeds, rose syrup, falooda sev. The combination of chilled milk is heavenly. Falooda is a cold dessert with origins in the Indian subcontinent. South Africa also has a variant known by the same name, and is often served as a milkshake to be consumed with or after a meal.
