5 Best Healthy Foods to Gain Weight Fast

How to gain weight fast in a healthy manner? The most common concern of today’s generation is how to maintain a perfect figure. While some are struggling to lose weight, on the other hand, there are a lot of people who are trying hard to put on some pounds. Weight gain is also a big issue but not many people give it so much importance as weight loss. For some people, gaining weight or adding muscle can be just as difficult as losing weight for other people. If you are looking for a solution to these problems, then you are in the right place.

However, simply adding some specific foods to your diet can make your weight gain efforts both healthy, fruitful and more effective.

Here is the list of 5  best foods to help you gain weight or add muscle, in a healthy way.

  1. Rice

Rice is a low-cost carb source to help you gain weight. Just 1 cup of cooked rice provides 190 calories, 43 grams of carbs and 6 grams of fat. This helps you eat more food, especially if you do not have a strong appetite or get full quickly.

Another popular method is to prepare a large pot of rice for the week and combine it with some proteins and healthy fats. Combining any healthy daal with rice provides a good amount of protein to the body.

They are full of healthy fats. Unlike other whole fruits, avocados are calorie-dense and a great food to help you gain weight.
