- Morning Honey and Lemon Detox:
To prepare this drink we only need to add Honey and Lime juice in hot water and mix it well. This is a very common juice that is prepared almost in every household and is totally effective for weight loss. You can drink this juice daily as it has many health benefits. Vitamin C also boosts our Immune system.
2. Tomato and Lime Fat Burner:
To prepare this drink we require one cup tomatoes roughly chopped and blend it well in the mixer. After pouring it in glass we add one spoon lemon juice and a pinch of black salt and mix it well. Tomatoes are loaded with vitamins, minerals and solve Diabetic and Cardiovascular Problems. Limes are loaded with Vitamin C.
3. Negative Calory Celery Drink:
To prepare this drink, you require half cup Celery leaves which are easily available in the market. After adding one cup of water blend it well in the mixer. After that add half teaspoon, apple cider vinegar and half teaspoon crushed Black Pepper and mix it well. The drink is ready to serve. This drink helps in weight loss.
4. Fenugreek Drink:
This drink is also known as Methi ka Pani. We need soaked Fenugreek seeds and half cucumber and blend it well in the mixer. And lastly, add a pinch of black salt. The drink is ready to serve.
5. Ginger and Lemon Water:
To make this healthy drink, we require half inch ginger roughly chopped and one cup of water and grind this well in the mixer. After that add lemon juice and a half, teaspoon roasted Cumin Powder and mix it well. Giner improves gastric problems, migraine, joint pain problems etc. You can have it every day
