Ingredients
- 1 cup Besan gram Flour
- 1/4 tsp Red chily powder
- Salt to taste
- ¼ tsp cumin seed jeera
- ¼ tsp carom seed Ajwain
- 1 ½ tsp coriander leaves
- 2 piece Green Chilly chopped
- ½ cup water as needed to make batter
- Oil cooking
Instructions
- How to Make besan ka chilla(Instructions)
- Take a large bowl and mix all the ingredients ( besan ,jeera ,ajwain, coriander leaves ,salt, redchily powder and green chily).
- Gradually pour little water into it so that there should be no lumps.
- Add water till it comes to a thick and smooth batter in pouring consistency.
- Heat a non- stick pan on a high flame when it becomes hot reduces the flame on medium.
- Spread little oil on a pan and pour a spoonful batter evenly in a clock wise.
- Drizzle little oil around it and cook till it becomes brown and crisp.
- Put little oil on the top and turn it upside down and cook the other side till it turns brown in colour.
- Repeat the same process with the remaing batter.
- Serve hot with green chutney.

you can add 1 tsp curd to make soft chilla.
