Ingredients

  • 5 packet noodles
  • 5 packet Maggi masala
  • 2 small potatoes
  • 2 medium onions
  • Spring onion
  • 1 small tomato
  • Oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Boil water in a pan, when the water starts boiling add noodles and stir so that the noodles does not stick to the pan
  • When the noodles become soft sieve it.
  • Heat oil in another pan.
  • Add potato,onion and fry till the potato becomes soft.
  • Add tomato,spring onion ,maggi masala,salt and stir for a min.
  • Add boiled noodles and mix thoroughly.
  • Serve hot with chilli sauce,tomato sauce.
  • You can add seasonal vegetables.
