- Boil water in a pan, when the water starts boiling add noodles and stir so that the noodles does not stick to the pan
- When the noodles become soft sieve it.
- Heat oil in another pan.
- Add potato,onion and fry till the potato becomes soft.
- Add tomato,spring onion ,maggi masala,salt and stir for a min.
- Add boiled noodles and mix thoroughly.
- Serve hot with chilli sauce,tomato sauce.
- You can add seasonal vegetables.
