This momos chutney recipe will help you make this easily at home with detailed process shots and step by step guide. It is a very easy to cook side dish recipe and can be made at a very little time. This tomato sauce or chutney is mainly served with momos but you can also serve this with samosa, Bread or any kind of snacks.

Momos Red Chilli Chutney Recipe In Hindi Video

Tomato Chutney is a very easy to cook recipe and can be made at a very little time. It can be used as dips for Roti and Parathas.

Ingredients

  • 4 piece Tomato medium sized
  • Salt to taste
  • 7-8 pieces Dry Red chilly
  • 8 Garlic flakes of chopped
  • 1 Onion small chopped
  • 1 tsp Ginger
  • Pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 Tsp Oil

Instructions

  • Take a deep bottom Pan and pour ½ cup of water in it.
  • Put all tomatoes with water and add a little salt. Now cover the pan with the lid and cook for 5-6 mins or till the Tomatoes cooked and their peel is easily removed.
  • Open the lid and make the tomatoes cool down so they are easy to handle. Do not throw the remaining water as it can be used while making chutney.
  • Remove the peels from the Tomatoes and transfer to a blender.
  • Add dry red chilly, Onion, ginger, garlic and blend it to a smooth paste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and pour tomato paste in it.
  • Add salt, vinegar, pinch of sugar and cover the pan with the lid for 5 mins on low flame.
  • Tomato chutney is ready to serve.
  • Now your Tomato Chutney is ready. Serve with veg Momos, idli.

How to make Tomato Chutney:

  • Take a deep bottom Pan and pour ½ cup of water in it.
