Dhaniya Chutney – This green coriander chutney recipe is the best chutney you will ever try! Its fresh, tart, sweet and spicy and goes so well with pakoras, kebabs, samosas, cutlets, fritters or even as a spread on sandwiches.

Ingredients
  

  • 100 Grams Coriander Leaves Chopped
  • ¼ tsp Coriander Powder
  • Pinch Hing
  • 1 piece Ginger chopped
  • 2 piece Green Chilly
  • Salt to taste
  • ½ tsp Lemon Juice
  • ¼ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Black Salt
  • ½-1 tsp Bhujiya optional for colour

Instructions
 

  • Grind Coriander Leaves, Cumin Seeds, Coriander powder, Hing ,Salt, Ginger, Green Chilly and Bhujiya altogether with little water to make a paste.
  • Pour chutney in a bowl.
  • Add black salt and lemon juice and keep it in a cool temperature.
