Italians are not only the lucky ones when it comes to tasting white sauce pasta today. It’s simple recipe has encouraged the Indian cooks to try them out at their own kitchens. White sauce pasta by Sanjeev Kapoor is one of my favorite. With Penne pasta as the main ingredient, one gets to satisfy one’s cravings for a mildly salted dish. Nice thing is that you can also use macaroni in place of pasta here. For me, creamy white sauce pasta is the routine breakfast breaker, attempted by millions, only to get rid of their boredom.

From the very beginning, white sauce pasta has been on the request list. Today, I finally managed to pen it down for you all. Thank you for the requests as I got the scope of experimenting more and more recipes. Very soon i will also post red sauce pasta recipes, as it is requested by many.

The key to this wonderful recipe is definitely the fresh white sauce that adds moisture to the pasta. The tender penne pasta when mixed with the sauce will make it juicier so prepare it the way I did here. You will get to save some cheese for this recipe because the sauce will not require the same. Despite that, you will still get to enjoy the smoothness of the rich and creamy sauce.

Italian White Sauce Pasta Recipe In Hindi

I have used colorful vegetables for this recipe because I like the overall look of the white pasta, spotted with red, yellow bell pepper. Chopped green capsicum is also another way of adding color to it. Since I am also a health-conscious being, I have added vegetables to it, simply to turn it into a nourishing recipe. I have used garlic in this pasta recipe which adds a nice gentle flavor to it.  You can even add onion to it, to enhance its flavors.

Sweetness can be infused in this dish through boiled sweet corns and baby corns. A hint of red chilli flakes is suggested, as it adds to the spice levels. For the health conscious ones, 2 tablespoons of olive oil are suggested instead of butter. However, if you are bothered about the taste then we have a surprise for you! At the end of the recipe, you can add grated Amul processed cheese or cheddar cheese with parmesan cheese. Any cheese of your choice would do and the pasta will taste equally delicious every time.
