How To Make Potato Cheese Corn Rolls

I am sharing today a recipe called potato cheese corn rolls. A recipe where corn is mixed with potato and cheese to make a delicious Cheese Potato corn roll. It’s a very easy snacks recipe and can easily be used as a starter.

Potato Cheese Corn Rolls

I am sharing today a recipe called potato cheese corn rolls. A recipe where corn is mixed with potato and cheese to make a delicious Cheese Potato corn roll. It's a very easy snacks recipe and can easily be used as a starter.

Ingredients

  • 6 medium sized Potato boiled
  • 2-3 tbsp Corn Boiled
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 4 piece Bread
  • 4 pieces Cheese Cubes grated
  • Salt to Taste
  • Oil to fry

Instructions

  • Grate boiled potatoes in a bowl.
  • Grind bread and make a powder.
  • Grind boiled corn and make a thick paste.
  • Take a bowl adds grinded Corn, Cheese, Salt, black Pepper and makes a corn mixture.
  • Mix well the grinded bread with grated boiled Potatoes so that while making balls it does not break. You can add corn flour also (if required).
  • Take medium sized ball from the mixture, shape each portion into a round and then flatten them lightly.
  • Place the corn mixture in center.
  • Bring the edges toward the center and cover the corn mixture.
  • You can give any shape you want, round or oblong. Make all Koftas/Roll this way.
  • Seal the koftas/Roll completely, so that while frying they do not break.
  • Add water in corn flour to make a thick batter. Dip Rolls in batter and bind them well before frying.
  • Heat oil in a pan for deep frying.
  • When the oil becomes medium hot add the stuffed Koftas/Roll and carefully fry till it becomes golden brown from all over.
  • Drain the Roll on Paper tissues or absorbent paper.
  • Serve Potato corn Roll or Kofta hot or warm with green chutney or Tomato Ketchup.
