- 3 Pieces Capsicum (Shimla Mirch)
- ¼ tsp Methi Dana (Fenugreek Seeds)
- ¼ tsp Saunf (fennel Seeds)
- 1 tsp Mustard Seeds (Grinded)
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 tsp Oil
- Pinch Hing (Asafetida)
- Pinch Turmeric Powder
- Cut Capsicum into long Pieces.
- Heat oil in a Pan.
- Add Methi Dana, Saunf, Hing and sauté till it becomes light brown.
- Add Capsicum, Salt and cook till the Capsicum becomes soft.
- Add pinch of turmeric powder, Mustard powder and cook for 2 mins.
- Serve hot with paratha or Roti.
How to make achari shimla mirch (capsicum):
- Start by cutting Capsicum into long Pieces.
- Heat oil in a Pan.
