Kulfi With Mango Recipe

Mango rebdi kulfi with step by step photos and instructions- Rabri Kulfi with mango is traditionally prepared by evaporating milk, adding Khoya. It is garnished with cardamom powder, basil leaves. The semi condensed mix is then frozen with mango.

Rabri Kulfi with Mango

This mango Kulfi is made by extracting mango pulp and filling with homemade rabri

Ingredients

  • ½ litre Milk
  • 2 tsp Sugar or as needed
  • 50 gm Khoya
  • ¼ tsp Cardamom powder Elaichi
  • ½ -1 tsp Basil leaves tulsi Chopped
  • 4 Pieces Mangoes

Instructions

  • First cut the top of mango thinly to make a mango shell.
  • Probe a sharp knife into the mango carefully and rotate slowly till the seed is completely dislodged from the flesh.
  • Remove the seed and some flesh of mango carefully with the help of spoon.
  • Boil the milk for 5-10 mins.
  • Add Khoya and mix well.
  • Add Cardamom powder, Sugar and stir till the sugar gets dissolve.
  • Simmer the mixture till it thickens.
  • Make it cool.
  • Add chopped Basil leaves and mix.
  • Pour the mixture into mango shells and freeze.
  • Cut into 2 or 4 slices and serve chilled.
