- ) Heat oil in a pan and fry potato till the potato becomes light brown.
- ) Add 1 tsp oil in another pan.
- ) Add green chilly,ginger,garlic and fry for a min.
- ) Add ajino moto ,spring onion and salt.
- ) Mix cornflour with 2 cups of water in a bowl.
- ) Add cornflour in a mixture.
- ) Add soya sauce,chilli garlic sauce,sugar and stir till the gravy becomes thick in consistency.Add more water if required.
- ) Add fried potato in gravy n stir for a min.
- ) Serve hot.
