Taste of bread and goodness of paneer make this Bread paneer paratha a perfect dish for breakast. It’s an easy and quick recipe. You can serve this as evening snacks too. to your family and they will love this.

It includes lots of veggies stuffed inside two layers of bread which gives this a beautiful taste.

Bread Paneer Paratha

All you need is some veggies of your choice, add paneer and saute it gently to make stuffing for this recipe. Then take two pieces of bread and cut it in round shape. Now put stuffing on one slice and place the other on on top and then roll it gently.

Now take some butter and cook it in a pan.

Bread Paneer Paratha

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 5-6 slices White Bread
  • 1 cup Paneer grated
  • 2 tbsp French beans finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Carrot finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Capsicum finely chopped
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1/4 cup Spring Onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter as required

Instructions

To make Paneer stuffing:

  • Heat oil in a pan.

  • Add chopped French beans, carrot, capsicum and sauté for a minute on high flame. Add spring onions and mix it well. Do not cook too much just make the veggies little soft.

  • Turn off the flame and keep sauted veggies aside.
  • In a mixing bowl add grated Paneer, sauté vegetables, black pepper, red chilly powder, salt as per taste and mix it well. Paneer mixture is ready.
  • Take bread slices and cut into round shape with the help of sharp edge katori or cookie cutter.

  • Take one bread roundel and roll it thinly with the help of roller by applying little pressure. Make sure bread should be soft which can easily be rolled without any break.

  • Roll all the bread slices in the same way.
  • Take one rolled bread roundel, spread Paneer filling in the center. Apply water all around the edges.

  • Place one rolled bread roundel over the stuffing and stick it properly by pressing with the fingers.

  • Roll it again slightly with the roller so that it gets stick properly.

  • Make all bread Paneer Parathas in the same way.

  • Put butter in a pan and let the butter melt. Add rolled bread Paneer Paratha and let it cook from downwards for 2 minutes or till it becomes brown on medium low flame.

  • Once cooked, flip it over and cook from other side too.

  • Bread Paneer Parathas are ready to serve.
