How To Make Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe

This is a quick, easy and simple Chocolate Mousse Recipe. You can make different types of mousse, like Mango Mousse, lemon mousse, raspberry mousse. But i am going to demonstrate how to make Eggless Chocolate Mousse.

We can use Cake as a filling in Chocolate Mousse. This Dark Choco Mousse recipe is low on Carbohydrate and is a low carb Chocolate Moousse.

Easy Chocolate Mousse Recipe:

Ingredients

  • 2 cups dark chocolate roughly chopped
  • 2 cups heavy Whipping cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon gelatin granulated flavorless
  • Cherry to garnish

Instructions

  • Mix Roughly Chopped Dark Chocolate, 1cup Whipping Cream and melt in a microwave by cooking for 1 minute. Don’t let it boil over.
  • Remove from microwave and whisk this well till chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • Cool down for 5 minutes.
  • Take a bowl and soak ½ Tsp of Gelatin Powder in 2tbsp Of Water for 10 minutes. Keep aside.
  • After 10 minutes add the soaked gelatin into the melted chocolate.
  • Mix it well and keep in a refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  • Take remaining 1cup of heavy cream and whip until its get stiff peaks.
  • After the chocolate mix cool down mix 11/2 cup of whipped cream and carefully fold it into the chocolate mixture. Ensure there are no lumps of whipped cream. Keep some whipped cream for garnishing.
  • Take a pipping bag and filled whipped cream into it.
  • Pour this mixture into stemmed glasses or small bowls. Tap the bowls or glasses gently to make an even surface.
  • Garnish it with little bit of whipped cream and cherry.
  • Refrigerate till the mousse is set

How to make Chocolate Mousse Recipe:

Note:

  • Decorate the mousse with chocolate shavings, tutty frutties, cherries, choco chips, fruit slices, wafers, nuts, dark chocolate sauce.. whatever you like and fancy.
