Jump to Recipe
Total Time: 35 minutes

Eggless Oreo Cupcakes are really tasty and liked by all. Baking can be real fun if you have acquired the right skills and developed a basic understanding of things like “batter consistency” “flour-water ratio”, “when to add what” and most significantly, conceive the right usage of the microwave. Whatsoever, if you are new in the block, and need a basic cake recipe to brush up your command on baking, then count on this recipe of Oreo Cup Cake. This is a typical cupcake with occasional granules of the Oreo biscuit, and with a frosting of your choice, or you can serve it as plain, without any frosting, it delightful even without frosting.

If you have kids like me, this cute little cup cake is sure to bring in a lot of smiles and frolic in your house. Cupcakes cater to all people of all ages. They are so handy, and can be ideal to serve to surprise guests, or as a quick breakfast item. This is a multi talented any-time food.

Oreo Biscuits are commonly used as an ingredients in various desserts now-a-days. I have many recipes using Oreo biscuits. To name a few are Oreo Ice-Cream  or Oreo Milkshake.

While making cupcakes, have a common sense in balancing the sweetness as per your taste. Keep in mind that you are adding Oreo biscuits and condensed milk which are very sweet, and then if you will be adding a frosting, so balance the sugar content accordingly.

I am using microwave for this recipe, and the combination works for all quantities of cupcakes, whether you are making 2 or 10 in a row. However, if you are not comfortable with the microwave, you can cook this on pressure cooker too, if you have a baking tray that fits in there.

The frosting is another feature of the cup cake. You can have it as you like, as chocolate frosting is the most favorite choice, you can use some other ideas too, such as a dollop of jam and a fruit. You can check out my chocolate frosting recipe to add to this.

Frosting is the fun part of making cupcakes. You can even include the children to do this job. These practical games actually develop kid’s merit, and they learn not only to frost a cup cake, but also creativity, togetherness and develop adept handling of delicate instruments.
