How to make Garlic Chutney – Lahsun Ki Chutney Recipe in Hindi

Lahsun ki chutney or garlic chutney is a must go chutney recipe with almost every tikiya, chaats and daily food. It’s a spicy and tangy flavored chutney.But prepared to take the hotness of red chilly with garlic taste.

Garlic Chutney - Lahsun Ki Chutney Recipe in Hindi

Ingredients

  • ½ cup Garlic Lehsun Cloves, peeled
  • 12-15 piece dry Red chilly
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Mango Powder

For tempering:

  • 1½ tbsp Oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard seed

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixer and blend into a smooth paste using ½ cup of water.
  • Heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, add mustard seed and let it splutter.
  • Add garlic paste in a Pan and sauté it for 5 minutes.
  • Garlic chutney is ready to serve.

Notes: This garlic chutney is spicy but if you want less spicy then use Kashmiri dry Red chilly.

How to make Garlic Chutney:

  • Combine all the ingredients in a mixer grinder.

  • Now Blend into a smooth paste using ½ cup of water.

  • Heat oil in a pan, when the oil becomes hot, add mustard seed and let it splutter.

  • Add garlic paste in a Pan and sauté it for 5 minutes.

Note:

This garlic chutney is spicy but if you want less spicy then use Kashmiri dry Red chilly.
