Kesaria Shahi Sandwich is a very easy and quick recipe. it can be served during parties and functions.

- Boil milk in a deep heavy Pan and leave to simmer over a low heat until the milk is reduced to one quarter.
- Chop Almond and Cashew to slivers.
- When the milk becomes slightly thick add sugar and stir till the sugar gets dissolve.
- Add chopped dry fruits, Cardamom Powder, Kesar and mix thoroughly.
- Remove from the heat and make it cool at room temperature.
- Place them in a bowl.
- Cut the sides of each bread.
- Take a piece of bread on serving plate.
- Pour Shahi Rabri on top of the bread and cover all the sides with help of spoon.
- Bread soaked milk so cover with thick layer.
- Put bread on top and cover with Shahi Rabri. Like this you make 3-4 layers of bread with rabri.
- Add shahi Rabri and grate dry fruits on top of the last Bread and cover with silver leaves (varak).
- Cut in shape of Sandwich.
- Freeze it for 15 mins and serve.
