Ingredients

  • 3 Pieces Capsicum Shimla Mirch
  • ¼ tsp Methi Dana Fenugreek Seeds
  • ¼ tsp Saunf fennel Seeds
  • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds Grinded
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • Pinch Hing Asafetida
  • Pinch Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  • Cut Capsicum into long Pieces.
  • Heat oil in a Pan.
  • Add Methi Dana, Saunf, Hing and sauté till it becomes light brown.
  • Add Capsicum, Salt and cook till the Capsicum becomes soft.
  • Add pinch of turmeric powder, Mustard powder and cook for 2 mins.
  • Serve hot with paratha or Roti.

 How to make achari shimla mirch (capsicum):
