	Ingredients
- 3 Pieces Capsicum Shimla Mirch
 - ¼ tsp Methi Dana Fenugreek Seeds
 - ¼ tsp Saunf fennel Seeds
 - 1 tsp Mustard Seeds Grinded
 - Salt to taste
 - 1 tsp Oil
 - Pinch Hing Asafetida
 - Pinch Turmeric Powder
 
Instructions
- Cut Capsicum into long Pieces.
 - Heat oil in a Pan.
 - Add Methi Dana, Saunf, Hing and sauté till it becomes light brown.
 - Add Capsicum, Salt and cook till the Capsicum becomes soft.
 - Add pinch of turmeric powder, Mustard powder and cook for 2 mins.
 - Serve hot with paratha or Roti.

How to make achari shimla mirch (capsicum):
