Fried Macaroni Cheese Bites are one of my favourite recipes so make way for these little balls of heaven. For a quick appetiser, these golden brown fried morsels are a hit. It is for all those ladies out there who want to impress their men because the way to a man’s heart is through his stomach!

Other snacks recipes you may like: Suji Kachori, Kalmi Vada, Besan Ka Chilla, Pav Bhaji, Vegetable Poha Cutlet, Bread Uttapam, Bread Idli, Mixed Veg Fried Idli, Poha Dhokla etc.

Worried with the leftovers at home? Not wanting to waste them? Try making these balls because it is not just an ordinary appetiser, it is something unusual, leaving everyone talking and craving for more. On a scale of difficulty levels, it will score low, so for the novices, making it is not a tough job.

If I have to define Fried Macaroni and Cheese Bites, I would say that it is a comfort classic. With a crispy outer layer and soft macaroni inside, it tickles my interest levels. Nothing beats this breakfast recipe. You could serve it as a snack as well. J

Do you know what the key to these flavoursome cheese bombs is? It is the crispy exterior coupled with the creamy centre. To add to its crunchiness, I have used bread crumbs as these forms the ultimate coating without leaving you perplexed in finding other substitute ingredients like potato chips. Moreover, remember it is an extraordinary recipe that can be made with the leftovers at home. Simply bring them out from the fridge and start preparing these cheese filled spheres.

The best thing about this recipe is when you savour it. Just pop it into your mouth and feel the warm mozzarella cheese ooze out with a bite. To surprise your taste buds, the black pepper powder will do wonders with its fiery flavour. The herb in it further accentuates its aroma and leaves everyone yearning for it.

Before going deep into its recipe, I would like to pen down some tips that you must follow to impress your man or your loved ones. Always cook it in medium flame to prevent lumps from forming. I would suggest this dish for kids too as they are always a fan of fried snacks with cheese filled in it to the core.
