Ingredients

  • 4 pcs banana
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1/4 cup Choco Chips

Instructions



  • Take 5-liter pressure cooker and put 1 1/2 cup of salt
    inside the pressure cooker, put one stand on top and cover the top with the
    lid, remove the whistle. No need to close the pressure cooker tightly. Let
    pressure cooker heated on medium-low flame for 8-10 minutes. Meanwhile, let’s
    prepare the cake batter.

  • In a mixing bowl sift all the dry ingredients all-purpose
    flour, baking soda, cocoa powder, salt and mix it well.

  • In another bowl add oil, powdered sugar and whisk it well.

  • Add vanilla essence and mix it well again.

  • Take 4 bananas and grind it in a mixie or you can mash with
    the help of fork also.

  • Now add the grounded banana mixture in the bowl of sugar mixture
    and mix it well. The wet ingredient is ready.

  • Mix gently dry mixture into the bowl of wet mixture in
    batches to avoid lumps.

  • The cake batter is ready.

  • Take rectangular aluminum tin and grease it with oil.

  • Now pour the batter into a greased baking tin.

  • Sprinkle some choco chips on top and put the cake tin inside
    the heated pressure cooker.  Cover the
    lid and remove the whistle.

  • Bake at medium-low flame for 45-50 minutes or until it’s
    done.

  • Once done, open the lid of the pressure cooker and let the cake
    cool down for sometime before inverting.

  • Scratch the sides and take out the cake onto a plate.

  • Once completely cool down cut into slices and serve.
