Pasta Filler- This pasta recipe is very tasty and unique in its way. you can easily serve these as party snacks or appetizers. All are surely going to like this stuffed pasta recipe in Hindi.

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces pasta
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ½ tsp salt

For stuffing:

  • 250 grams palak
  • 250 grams paneer grated
  • 11/2 tsp garlic finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 1 tsp Red chilly flakes
  • parsley Freshly chopped
  • 1 tsp Italian mixed herbs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter

For white sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp maida
  • Milk
  • mozzarella cheese Grated
  • parsley Freshly chopped
  • ½ tsp Black pepper powder
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

For boiling pasta:

  • Boil water in a pan, when the water starts boiling put few drops of oil, salt and pasta Mix it well and cook till it gets tender. Stir it gently at regular intervals to avoid sticking. It takes around 7-8 minutes to get dente.

  • Once the Pasta gets cooked, drain off to a colander and rinse with water to avoid further cooking. Set aside.

  • For Blanching: Wash and roughly chop the spinach/palak, keep aside.
  • Boil water in a pan, once water starts boiling add pinch of salt and put chopped spinach/palak in boiling water. Cook it for 2-3 minutes until soft.

  • Do not overcook as palak becomes soft easily in a very less time.
  • Once cooked, take out the spinach/palak and put it in ice cold water for nice color.

  • Squeeze out the water and keep aside.

  • To make stuffing: Put 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp butter in a pan and make it hot.

  • Now add chopped garlic and sauté it for few seconds.
  • Now add blanched spinach/palak and mix it well.

  • Now add grated paneer, mix it well and saute it for few minutes.

  • Now add all the spices: salt, black pepper powder, red chilly flakes, chopped parsley, Italian mixed herbs and mix it well.

  • Stuffing is ready, transfer the mixture into a bowl and keep it cool down for some time. Meanwhile, make a white sauce.

For white sauce: In the same pan add 2 tbsp butter and melt it now add maida and cook it for 2 minutes on low flame.

  • Now add milk gradually, mix it well till no lumps. Add milk as per your requirement

  • Lastly add grated mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley, black pepper powder, salt, mix it well and make the medium thick white sauce.

  • Now arrange stuffed pasta in a serving plate, pour white sauce, spread some grated mozzarella cheese, sprinkle chilly flakes, Italian seasoning and serve.
